Biological Farming – beef, eggs and stud cattle


Troy Blackman who was named 2016 Young farmer of the Year will open his property “Waterfall Produce” at Upper Orara for a field day to showcase his integrated management system.
With three tiers to the enterprise, Waterfall Produce incorporates a Charolais Stud, Beef and Egg production all integrated in a holistically managed organic system occurring across three properties in the Coffs Harbour hinterland.
Produce is provided to local markets from 330 head of cattle and 1800 Pasture raised chickens.
At this field day we will answer questions on managing animal health organically , weed management, soil nutrition and environmental management.
