Urban Forage - Coffs By Nature

MainImage.jpg
Foraging is our story connecting us to our past. It creates a map of belonging to place, drawn with lines of food, seasonality and knowledge

Even in our cities, wild food and medicine is all around us, hanging over a fence, growing in our parks, bursting through cracks in the footpath or sprouting from a roof gutter! On this easy walk around the outskirts of Coffs CBD, learn how to recognise commonly occurring useful plants, the precautions and etiquette to use when foraging for them and how to draw your own map of belonging.
