The ancient method of fermenting is a fantastic and creative process that can apply to any seasonal produce.
This workshop is designed to give participants an understanding of the fermentation process through hands-on learning experience. You will learn about fruit and vegetable seasonality and how important it is to eat sustainably grown seasonal produce and how to create your own ferments to make the most of abundance. Tom Rothsey is well known for his ferment skills and knowledge and we are so lucky to secure him for this workshop
