Keep an eye out for the NPWS roving ranger walking along the track at Muttonbird Island. They can tell you what the muttonbirds are up to. You'll find out why this rookery – in the heart of Coffs Harbour – is so special. The ranger will also share some great information about the adjoining Solitary Islands Marine Park. They can even help you spot dolphins swimming nearby! Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the NSW school holidays.
